After I talked with Garrus, and went through the door to start the turret scene, my xbox seemed to grow quiet.  I started the turret scene but the enemies woud not stop and I would not progress, and when I tired to open my journal the game froze.  What is the issue here and is there a solution to it?

A random crash, I think. Happens with all games from time to time.
