No matter what my graphics settings are, not all of the polygon faces
are rendered, so many objects have large holes in
them, or faces will stretch across open space and connect to the wrong object. I didn't have this bug during the previous weekend event when I played last.
I've updated my graphics card drivers, and that didn't help. Is there any way to fix this?

Well, it's not just Mass Effect 3 that does it. It also happens in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Again, I played it before, and I didn't have this problem with it.
I've tried re-installing my video card drives and even installing a previous version. It happens regardless of what graphics settings I use; every resolution, every texture detail setting, with shadows on or off, etc.

Could you post your hardware specs and driver versions?
It's interesting that this happens in two very different game engines. Maybe you need to reinstall the latest version of DirectX 9. (Not DX 10 or 11, they're not backwards compatible.)

I was able to fix it by using Device Manager's "Rollback Driver" feature.
