 There only seems to be one mod able to tranfer awakening textures, weapons, skills and talents to the OC, and that is the mod 'Awakening in the OC'

However, many of the steps taken to install this mod, are not compatible with the Mac version.

1)[/b] Install the included .dazip with whatever you use to install dazip files.
2)[/b] Find the equivalent of your Program Files\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core_ep1\\data directory.
3)[/b] Copy all of the .erf files found there.
4)[/b] Find the <Documents>\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\AddIns\\gxa_res_to_core\\core\\data directory.
5)[/b] Paste the copied .erfs into that folder.
6)[/b] Find the equivalent of your Program Files\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core_ep1 directory.
7)[/b] Copy the texture folder.
8)[/b] Paste the copied folder into the <Documents>\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\AddIns\\gxa_res_to_core\\core directory.
9)[/b] Find the equivalent of your Program Files\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core_ep1\\audio\\sound directory.
10)[/b] Copy the three vfx_spells files.
11)[/b] Paste them into the <Documents>\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\AddIns\\gxa_res_to_core\\core\\audio\\sound directory (create it if it doesn't exist).
12)[/b] Activate the 'Awakening in the OC' Addon via the Downloadable Contents menu in-game.


I've bolded the stuff that doesn't make sense to me on the mac. 

My question is, is there a way to install this mod, and if not, is there another mod that does the same thing?

The mod works on Mac, I am running it myself. The folder paths from the installation instructions are different on Mac OS X however:

To find the equivalent of "Program Files\\Dragon Age" go to your Application folder, right-click the Dragon Age app and select "Show Package Contents".

Now browse to Contents > Resources > transgaming > c_drive > Program Files > Dragon Age. You can follow the mod's installation instructions from here on, all further folders are the same.

The "Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age" folder is much easier to find, just go to your User > Documents >BioWare > Dragon Age folder. If any of the destination folders mentioned in the installation instructions is not present here, you can simply create it manually.
