Internet these days is being used by everyone. At my home kids aged 10-13 are using it mostly to youtube there favorite cartoons.

You can always ask your internet provider if they provide that type of service, I've noticed that more providers are giving out those type of services.

I must have missed the quest for safer browsing during my playthoughs. Darn it.
