Friday I made sure I had all the right settigns so my progress would contribute and be tracked, I have also restarted/relogged many times since winning the challenge in hopes of finding my pack in the store.
I also saught technical support this morning through the EA help site and was severely dissapointed with their mechanical and unhelpful responses. One technician told me to go to the forums for my problem and the other told me to wait even longer as it will "take some time for Operation Broadside to be added to your account".
I can not find what would be causing this problem as my Origina and EA/BSN names and emails are all the same. I would really like to enjoy my N7 weapon reward as well as fully participate in further weekend events.
I would greatly appreciate any help anyone might have.
