 I have been participating in Operation Broadside all weekend and finally upon winning a gold session this morning realized something is broken. Not only can I not access my Commendation Pack but I can not see progress on the weekend event "Operation Broadside" at all! Not in the multiplayer screen(where it should be).

Friday I made sure I had all the right settigns so my progress would contribute and be tracked, I have also restarted/relogged many times since winning the challenge in hopes of finding my pack in the store. 

I also saught technical support this morning through the EA help site and was severely dissapointed with their mechanical and unhelpful responses. One technician told me to go to the forums for my problem and the other told me to wait even longer as it will "take some time for Operation Broadside to be added to your account".

I can not find what would be causing this problem as my Origina and EA/BSN names and emails are all the same. I would really like to enjoy my N7 weapon reward as well as fully participate in further weekend events.

I would greatly appreciate any help anyone might have.

Only thing broken is you, not your xbox, not bioware, not ea, not the servers, just you.

You can't track the progress of the operations. You will find out when they announce success or failure.

You can't get the Commendation or Victory Packs until Tuesday afternoon at the earliest, if you get it.

It has been that way since the very beginning, it hasn't changed and until they announce a change it will never be any different.

That's complete garbage. The commendation packs have been available all weekend, players have been unlocking their weapons. And even if by chance players had the N7 weapons before, then the EA support led me on a wild goose chase as well as every site I visited saying they are available in the multiplayer store after you beat the gold challenge.

I hate to break this to you but the n7 weapons you have seen are from previous challenges...
As for EA giving you the run around what do you expect your asking them for a reward to soon wait till Tuesday night before you complain. I know this is your first time but relax we will find out Tuesday if we completed broadside community goal and if we did the that night it will be in your store. So wait.

As others have said, the packs arent out yet (they always come out a couple of days after the event).

Also, depending on what the actual finish time of the event is, you may not even be entitled to the pack as you only did it this morning:

The end time was either 10am PST Sunday July 15 or 4am PST Monday July 16, but BioWare haven't confirmed which it actually is yet

Thank you. I would have been completely okay with waiting till Tuesday if I had known this, It would have been nice if either of the reps could have just said they wont be available till Tuesday and not things like: clear your cache, now check, re-log, now check etc. :/ It was really frustrating, thank you for the information, I appreciate it!

Thanks, both reps said that the commendation pack was on my account which is what led to all the confusion about them having me try to access it. They could've just said it unlocks Tuesday and that would've been cool. Thanks for the response! I will happily await the DLC and reward packs, I hope we made the allied goal too!

Well its Wednesday now so do one of you mind telling me way I still do not have my commendation pack. I know I have done all I need to get them both and I checked everything settings whys so I know its not on my end. Did we succeed or fail, i'm tired of waiting.

I contacted support (EA's site) this morning. I received a quick apology and said that they have issued the commendation pack to my account. Just login in to the game and I should have it. I logged in and nothing. Emailed them back and haven't gotten a response back. I was impressed with the quick email and fix until the fix wasn't done. Now with no response, I'm getting pissed. My squad was extracted on Saturday, Gold/Reapers. It was tough but we made it and I'd like my little reward.

Is there anyone at BioWare we can contact or someone on the forums?
