I think it's cool. ^^
He knows how to evaluate a female really well.
Or prehaps he's just really observant.

I get crap from my mom all the time for not wearing makeup. I feel like I don't need it. My mom doesn't either but she wont leave the house without it, she thinks she looks terrible when she's a good looking woman for her age...
Yeah I think it's insecurity.
Edit: I do wear lipgloss though. Because it's tasty.

From what I've seen its usually an insecurity issue. So many women wear makeup its considered taboo not to wear it.

This I think is the crux of it for a lot of women. Not all of them. But a whole hell of a lot.
Similar to why guys wear certain things in public- to impress others or project a certain image they want people to have of them.
Hence banana hammocks.

I just know a lot about a lot of things. All of which is pretty much useless in the grand scheme of things.
By the way this is Scarlet with zero makeup (as far as I can tell)

This is Kate with and without makeup.

Well if we're talking boner-inducing faces right now I'm gonna throw Emma F*cking Stone in the pot. Eyeliner really makes her large eyes pop.

My personal take on make-up? Preferably as light as possible. Mimi from the old Drew Carey Show is a good example of how not to do make-up.
