Hello,hopefully someone can help me or tell me exactly who can. Looked around in the forums and didn't find any solutions. For the passed few days I've been having issues with connecting and staying connected to multiplayer. First off I've already contacted my service provider, reset connection, changed IP, and they said it wasn't my internet;so this is my next stop.
When connecting to EA servers it takes a long time or I get the message that the server is unavailable, when it does connect I'm lucky to get passed the first loading screen. When I have been able to play I can't play through a created game unless I'm going solo, as soon as someone joins I lose connection. When I play a quick match I stay connected longer but if I die I'm revived automatically then the game glitches to where I'm overlooking everyone and can't move.Other glitches included my inventory being listed as empty when I have quite a few things. Also I've received items that were previously locked then I'd get disconnected reconnect and the character was relocked like it was supposed to. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated,thanks.

I have been having disconnect issues, right at the end of Gold matches, and only Gold matches.  There will be a little over a minute left until extraction, and I will lose my connection?  I checked with my ISP and everything is good coming in from them.  I play on the PS3 and my name is Rotcer, I am a level 4200+.  I have a lot of real money invested in this game, and I love playing but losing out on close to 300,000 credits, and equipment that I have attached is very disappointing.  Hopefully, you can find some resolution to this issue, and if you can credit me back some of the credits, that would be great too.

I've had issues on all three difficulties; the loss of creds and equipment is annoying I agree. I just want some troubleshoot tips to see if I can get it sorted out before the DLC tomorrow :/.

I cant even connect two MP. I go to MP but if i go to store there is nothing there, if i got to serach for game also nothing. What is wrong with thsi game. Just sudden drop on Saturday and thats it. No connection after that

That's kinda what happened to me, mine dropped suddenly Thursday. Along with my inventory sometimes saying empty I'd also go to the store and nothing's been there. In that whole time I was only able to play a full round, but it was glitched, people disappearing, reappearing enemies running into walls. Yesterday I wasn't able to connect to the servers at all, but connected fine through ME2.

i have dc problems , either occasional or sometimes very frequently and its quite frankly unplayable. Is this only on PSN?

Also its very sad that the equipment and gear that u select for the mission will be gone when u return but none of the exp u gained during that game u got dc'ed from. Its quite aggrevating.

Dunno, I've had a couple issues with PSN, was signed out suddenly a couple times and have been lagging quite a bit; but my service provider said my connection was fine, they also told me it might be the servers and the output which apparently my connection can't handle. *Shrug*.

I'm wiping my PS3 -- since EC was installed even SP is all jerky ect. This isn't right - and not how the game should behave by a long shot.

I'm done with ME until they fix this piece of crap.

Yeah I'm done with it, too. Not by choice but so frustrated with these issues. Only issue I have with SP is occasional freezing.

having problems connecting to Multiplayer from yesterday: sometimes it tells me ME3 servers are unavailable, other times it gets to the loading screen after I select Multiplayer from the main Menu, and after a while it tells me that the connection to ME3 server has been lost and to restore it; then the "ME3 servers unavailable" message pops up.

Never had such troubles before Eath DLC.

I've been having rampant disconnect issue almost every time time I host a public match. It's gotten really bad the past 2 weeks. Hope Bioware reads this and does something about it.

@Seyru..that's exactly what happens to me for the past 2 weeks, when I'm able to connect my inventory is empty half the time and both quarian males unlocked, I know for sure I haven't unlocked them yet, so I don't see how connection issues could cause so many glitches.

I have the same issue Rocky, I can solo for a bit but as soon as someone joins I'm disconnected. I hope someone addresses these issues :/.

even for you the problem started with Earth DLC?

@Seyru, no my problem started last Thursday before the DLC, but I'm having similar issues as you are. Not sure why all of a sudden it started.

Now i'm unable to connect to the EA servers in the main menu , this started only after i installed the Earth DLC.

I have been having connection issues and receiving the message "waiting for other players". Sometimes it takes over an hour to do a quick match, host a lobby or join invitations. These issues have happened more frequently since the Earth DLC came out. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I've been losing packs a lot more lately.

Also there seems to be new glitches associated with the Earth DLC characters. For example, with N7 Shadow sometimes I get stuck in between walls while doing the shadow strike power.

Along with connection issues, I have also lost packs during the last few months and equipment when I loose connection during missions. Furthermore, I have am having trouble getting into multiplayer since the last update from the PSN store. Due to the PSN Store's update and Mass Effect 3 not loading multiplayer properly, I have spent the last hour trying to access my online information. Again, these daily set backs are extremely frustrating and disappointing.

After an hour and a half, multiplayer finally loaded correctly.

Unfortunately, I could not start a mission and the game kept saying that it was loading information, but nothing happened. There have been too many issues lately, so I am going to try an reinstall the ME3 game, DLCs and backup saved gamed. I hope this goes well.

Finally, after five hours of connection issues, reinstalling ME3 and restarting the game several times, I was able to complete a mission in multiplayer. I wish we had more guidance for how to resolve these issues until they hopefully fixed.

I've had countless "You have lost connection to.....". This game is a terrible mess when it comes to connectivity, I refuse to believe a studio as big as Bioware can't come up with quick fixes to this problem.

After the reinstalling the ME3 game and DLCs, issues still persist, such as: long load times of the game, multiplayer access delays, connection problems joining quick matches or invites and extreme lag when missions begin and when enemies spawn. Furthermore, if I do not let the processor finish processing before pressing start to enter the ME3 game and multiplayer, I have issues accessing my multiplayer account and/or I have no equipment and uncommon or rare weapons achieved are not found. Nevertheless, my multiplayer manifest still shows everything I have achieved. So today, I was able to finish one mission before connection and game load issues delayed my next mission for hour. By the way, my at home internet connection has been thoroughly checked and I perform resets of all connections manually when needed. There are many others with these issues and I truly hope we receive some guidance for how to prevent or improve the likely hood the issues do not happen.

Wow, I have followed the instructions on the trouble shooting tips given by EA with no real success in improving my gaming experience with ME3 multiplayer. My NAT protocols and UDP ports are all set correctly and performing well. Although, my network does not support UPnP, I have never had issues with other multilayer games like Assassin's Creed and Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker. Along with the issues previously mentioned in the forum, at any time and quite frequently, I am disconnected from the server. Regularly, I receive the message, "Waiting for other players." After receiving the message, I have to cancel out of the lobby I hosted, was invited to by friends or joined through the quick match selection. Also, my PS3 system locks up at any time and/or restarts without my prompt when I try to quit the game. In addition, there is a great amount of game lag and glitches which distort sound, player visibility, game play character function and the ability to complete a mission. All the aforementioned issues cause great losses in time, effort, supplies and aspiration. If this is for the "Fans" and "Free" for us (when many of us have spent money and others even more money on many aspects of ME3), then why not get it at least better for us before exponentially and randomly compounding our goals with more characters, weapon mods and equipment. Please, the issues can get be better and even resolved. So, why isn't our gaming experience better and what is really the priority for those who can make a difference in these matters?
