ok heres the deal everything is working fine. I was watching Netflix when i deceided to go and rack up some credits. I start up the game and it is going through the startup splash screen i get to the game screen and then go to select multiplayer i select it and then the game freezes i try to restart it but it was stuck then i tried to restart the xbox no luck so i held down the pwr button for like 20 seconds still no luck finally i had to pull the plug turn the box back on and now my drive is hosed. It says unformatted but wont let me re format it. Now it dosent even pick it up giving me a e69 error. I am thourougly pissed can anyone help me out here?
Mass Effect 3 Killed my hard drive 360.

Hi if I was you I would call microsoft support. You might need to send it in for repair. Use the phone you get faster results than email good luk.

I called Microsoft and their only advice is to install the game onto the hard drive and also to clear the sys cache on the hard drive once a week. this sucks man i am pissed even more now but it seems that if you freeze during ME3 multiplayer loading u better pray you can use system guide to go back to dashboard because if it hard freezes and you have to unplug your drive is gonna deep fry.

Update: re-downloading All my DLC now I should be online any minute now new hard drive installed.
