It's been over 3 months since this little fiasco of buying the Resurgence packs (x2 at $2,99 ea) and not getting anything. I've submitted 2 different tickets through the EA Tech Support/Customer Service website (right after the incident and again a week or so ago). the 2nd time I submitted it, I got the canned response of "You can download the DLC free from the downloadable content menu".
It's not even about the money. $6 spent 3 months ago isn't the issue. It's the "not resolved" part that's the issue. So, why resurface such a buried issue? With the Earth DLC being released tomorrow, can we expect similiar issues to arise? Will those who got screwed out of Resurgence Packs be able to redeem Earth packs (if released)?
I realize it's a futile effort, but I felt I had to try and get this fixed.
