This happened a few times during the weekend operation, and a few times before that.
Basically, I'll just request to join a game with unknown/unknown/Bronze, and it'll add me to something/something/Gold. It's really annoying because I'll just leave immedietly, and it causes a lot of time on the loading screen.
One time, I was trying to level up a level 8 asari vangaurd, and I requested Bronze and it threw me into an already in progress match with Gold.
This weekend, I reuqested Unkown/Reaper/Gold (for the squad mission, of course), and it put me into Unkown/Cerberus/Gold.
I'm pretty sure this is an error somewhere, since it should NOT be happening.
Keep getting added to Gold when I request Bronze

It happens to me all the time. I just jump out of the game as fast as I can.
