Happened again tonight in multiplayer on Firebase Dagger. Not sure what causes it but screen will go mostly black and with textures from the level in a kaleidoscope effect. Makes it impossible to play. Some times if you look to the sky it will stop for a few seconds but then returns. Stops after the round is over. Only happens on Dagger. Started after the extended cut. Seeing if anyone else has had this happen and if there is a fix.

Yes can confirm this is a bug.
Was playing yesterday as a Turian Soldier on FB Dagger - about wave 5 it appeared as if I was suddenly viewing the world through the back of someone's head like looking at a mesh inside out - this gradually expanded until I was seeing black and white triangles taking up most of the middle to top screen - eventually I couldn't see at all and had to quit the mission.
I have the extended cut and the new Earth DLC.
