Okay, a bit ago I was having trouble with another mission. I solved that one by re-excepting the mission even though it was already in my journel. This time I seem to have another bug. Conrad isn't spawning where he is suppose to. I is there some way to reset this mission?

I think you're gonna need to be a bit more specific.

Besides, I don't remember anyone named Conner... do you mean Conrad, the fan?
I think it depends on how you treat him whether or not he spawns, but I don't know for sure.

I know. I meant Conrad. The quest is the fan. This is my second play through and I'm dealing with him the same way as I did last time. At first I'm nice, then neutral, and finally I shoot him in the foot. I'm going for a "perfect" play through. I went to the page at wikia.com to make sure I had the right place and I do. Also I checked to make sure I didn't do anything wrong (in case my memory is faulty). I've had other bugs pop up in this second play through for some reason. This isn't the first, but it does look like it will be the last (I have one quest, mineral retriviel, and then the final mission).
