So what is the deal with it?  I am old, funny, I try my best, and don't take these games too seriously.  I just played two rounds with the same PUG group group on bronze. I was in 2nd/3rd place both of the rounds as a vorcha soldier lever 12ish using a falcon x with a level 3 assault rifle boost.  After the second round, 2 of the guys kicked me.  I put on my mic and asked them several times what I did wrong and said I just wanted to figure out why they were mad at me.  No one responded and the third one quit and I was booted.  I checked my xbox rep and I now have 66% preferred me and 34% avoided me and I have a detailed note that my "behavior" is 50% unsporting.

WTF?  I always help on the objectives (I did 2 each round) and I try to heal whenever I can.  I pride myself on team play and not caring about my score.  In fact I usually get a friend request from almost every game my mic is active (ie: people are talking)

Any ideas?

Is there anyway to get that bogus 50% unsporting off of my xbox rep?

This is the first MMO I ever really played.

Don't worry. I made a thread asking players how their reps looked after playing this game. Majority had a semi-negative due to unsporting. I think it's just a thing.

Given the reputation of Xbox Live, it wouldn't surprise me if they did that just to be jerks, or for some random reason that makes no logical sense.

Also, ME3 isn't an MMO.

I have never looked at my rep or anyone else. Maybe I should. Nah, I could care less. You probably should too. Enough Dr. Phil for me....

Stop caring about an irrelevant percentage that has no bearing on your potential for being banned from the service, eh?

I avoid player's who really suck or are vulgar with mics (though I usually mute because anyone talking to me about silver will only annoy me the entire game). I prefer players that beat me or are good simple. By the way both are hard to make me do.

Agreed. It is a useless reporting statistic.

i'm sitting at 5 stars with 78% avoiding me for "offensive language" "unsporting" and "aggressive behavior", i never use a mic unless in a party, usually end up doing objectives in me3, and have a tendency to do very well in bf3 using an mp7 acog.

never bother taking that stuff seriously, it really does mean nothing at all, plus i seriously doubt 78% of people take the time to submit a report on me, or 34% of people a report on you, it makes most people on xbox actually seem like they know how to navigate the interfaces which is unlikely.

I wouldn't worry about it at all. I know it chaps thy ass to see people ding your rep when they wouldn't even bother explaining to you what the issue in fact is, so ba hum bug to those fools.
I encountered more this kind of thing while playing Halo Reach multiplayer- I remember being really upset for having my rep dinged when I'm super cooperative but it happens.

80% of players avoid me.

It's what happens when they get butt hurt about you dominating their whole entire team.

People actually care about the Rep? I checked it once before I even started ME3 and I already had a bunch of negative reviews. I can only imagine what it's like now.

46% Preferred or did not submit a report about you.
I'm assuming this went up dramatically because of helping forumers with Broadside.

54% avoided
4% for Tashtalking (When this showed up, I hadn't ever owned or used a mic)
4% Aggressive
60% Unsporting
13% Quit Early (EA Servers)

I had that prob and let it bug me until an xbox friend I complained to asked how mayny xbox friends I have that LIKE playing me3 with me. When I said over 20 he said quit whining then because that's what matters. Now it's over 86 Me3 friends on my list so I guess he is right. Ignore the random bs make friends and if you think the negative rating is too high then ask those friends to give you a good rating. No prob.

This. I seriously doubt anyone but you will ever look at it, though. I've never had anyone say "75% unsporting? Gonna kick you." or anything along those lines.

Hmmm and I wasn't one of those. I seem to keep forgetting or entering your Gt wrong because I keep getting told you don't exist!
