that's xbox for you, I'm pretty sure everyone has a negative rep if not a small handfull who dont.  Mines always been that way since halo 3 released.

 Ahh, I wondered if this had happened to anyone else. I recently had my rep go down after I got disconnected from a game, and one of the teammates was so bothered by my sudden disappearance that he decided to send me a voice message sarcastically thanking me for leaving at wave nine. I had planned this all along, you see, because we live in perfect worlds with perfect connections.

this is true on my old GT i had 94% avoid when all i played was streetfighter being a former world championship player its kinda expected.. then on my current gt ive had now for 3 years i had alot of agressive reports from just playing red dead online...

i had 2 quit early reports last week when i lagged out of 2 pug games in the end i started my own lobby and played fine for the rest of the day seriously i wouldnt worry about rep 99% of proper players wont even look at it...

I went from upset to LOL on this thread. I have to remark how stupid it is that morons can damage someones rep for no reason. It great to know it doesn't matter. And, as someone responded earlier, (I'm sure I'll get bad rep for not remembering who), It is a badge of honor based on the quality folks who have gotten the same treatment on xbox.

Apparently 50% avoided me for language (I do say **** a lot. Like, a LOT.) and 50% for unsporting. Definitely didn't have those avoidances a week or two ago.

My rep is 50/50. I didn't even know about the existence of the rep system until a few weeks ago (before ME3 I pretty much only played single player games).

Xbox rep is hilarious. I've been in the "unsporting" club for a while now, too. In BF3, it means you killed them more than once and are therefore a cheater. In ME3, it means you outscored them.

This isn't an MMO. But yeah, I have a lower rated rep (54% hate me. WTF???) somehow even though I really never do anything that makes people want to hate me. Don't care about your rep.

What my friends find funny is that most of the bad reports on me are for swearing and I very rarely cuss on mic. If I do, I am normally in party chat with friends who don't care. Yet I get reported for it. Hmmmmmm and I did not know saying Frag it, was a bad thing. Oh well. I say frag them all!

xbox rep means nothing. i have bad rep on my acct form years ago when an old roomate used to play halo 3 on it all the time and was an ass and horrible at it. he got me banned for like a week too. and my brother used it and was just as bad. but now I'm the only one using it and if people like playing with you then they will friend you and you can keep playing with them and not worry about PUGs. i won't play online if i don't have at least 1 friend on. i'll just play my SP or do something else

Similar situation.

I joined a lobby, me and two other guys more or less the same N7 rank (between 700-1000, with me as highest).
Then along comes Mr.N7 14. I readied up, whatever we can carry one person on silver easily.

The two others then spam kick on him. So i sit there in protest, readied up just waiting for them to see sense and give him a chance.

5 minutes go by, then they start vote kicking me. Just for being the only person willing to give this kid a chance.

Then said kid casts the deciding vote kick on me and, presumably, got kicked after i did.

Howled "WAT" with the force of a thousand stampeding gazelles and reimbursed them all with negative feedback.

that's sucks. i always give people a chance regardless of their n7 rank/ weapons, until they prove to me during gameplay that they are obviously bad or just don't do anything. then i kick 'em afterwards!

A friend of mine recently got some negative rep for trying out one the new characters(Last DLC, not today's) at level 20 in Bronze.  Apparently, he was too aggressive.  It's not something I ever even think to look at.  I have no idea whatsoever what mine is.

Probably too many immature little kids playing the game online. I got negative rep'd for "quitting early" once, but that was probably one of the times the game crashed (or server drops connection), which does happen somewhat often. Hope they fix that.

Same old story for me, avoided by 65% and 55% claimed I am "unsporting", all because I outscored them. I'm not worried about it, and neither should anyone else.
