As long as they don't go the path of Ereba and Charr from Mass Effect, I'm in
Though I never have been able to make my Warden do that to Cammen, no matter how hilarious the dialogue choices for it are...

The graphic design artists are going to have a huge problem there.

Gheyna's an elf right? In Dragon Age, I always figured than that her child would be the same race as the father, so in the case of a Dwarf Warden, her kid would be a dwarf.

Fenriel is half-elf in DA2 and although considered human by the Dalish, his features are remarkably like an elfs. His ears aren't exactly pointed, but they're not completely round either. And he's got the thin features the elves graphically have in DA2.

Feynriel is considered to be a human period, and not just by the Dalish. He might have some features that hint at being elf-blooded, but I always thought the canon in DA was clear: Elf+Other race is always a child of the other race.

Cammen, no. Cammen can go die in a forest fire.

I highly doubt the two inconsequential NPCs will make a return.

He'll be the protagonist. Flemeth saved him for her next plan!

Well, assuming Sandal's mother truly is an Elven woman, then Sandal's a half-Dwarven/half-Elven child.
We know that he's the bastard child of an Aeducan, whose mother is either a Human or Elven woman. Now, I lean more towards the former, but if the latter is true then Sandal's more or less what we have to go on.

I really wanted to play a Dwarf Noble in Origins but for this reason I chose not to... It made me very sad to do so but I just think of my Warden's kid with Morrigan and imagine how stupid a Half Dwarf/ Half Human would look.dragonflight288 wrote...

I have no interest in seeing Cammen again.
The last thing Thedas needs is another Cammen.

Then again, Geyna's standards are stupid; "Oh, you killed that wolf all by yourself? Well, by all means. Let's get hitched."
I mean, did her hands fall off or something; she can't go out and shoot her own damn wolf??
:innocent:

It's Dalish tradition and not Gheyna's standards, as Lanaya will tell you.
She can be convinced though that those traditions don't need to be upheld if they're truly meant for each other.

A male Warden can alternatively choose to sleep with Gheyna ruining her life, or a female Warden can sleep with Cammen, I have no idea how that turns out the few female Wardens I've played are totally with Gheyna on this one.
You can get them together even if the female Warden sleeps with Cammen, unless The Warden tells Gheyna what she did with Cammen; Gheyna confronts Cammen about it. If The Warden tells Cammen about sleeping with Gheyna, he seems to run away into the woods.
As for Gheyna, I don't see how sleeping with The Warden ruins her life. I don't think Keeper Zathrian or First (and the potential new Keeper) Lanaya would shun her for sleeping with The Warden. If I remember correctly, Lanaya takes issue with The Warden for sleeping with Lanaya because of her age (if The Warden speaks to Lanaya again, but before the protagonist resolves the crisis with the curse). If Gheyna ends up pregnant by an elven protagonist, the child would be a full-blooded elf; I doubt being the progeny of the Hero of Ferelden who stopped the Blight and saved the clan would be such a bad thing (especially if the child is elven).
It certainly seems better than being the scion of Cammen... in my humble opinion.
