I've had Dragon Age crash on me 6 times, its always loading into a new area that it happens, just never in the same spot twice.

Also has anyone found Soldier's Peak disappear from their map later in the game after they are done it? After which I found Levi in my camp site asking me to come up there and do the quest. This gives Soldier's Peak back to my map but the whole time up there he acts like the quest is new and keeps telling me there is more up ahead. Only everyone is dead there.
    Because of this, and no one else up there now, I can't have him build anything for me.

The other thing is Shale. I talked to him in town and it asks if I want to activate him. When I do the screen turns black except for me and him and I can't move.
