[Binary Ink]

I've been trying to get my hands on the toolkit, but yet it will only download 58KB and then simply stop. Opera will eventually stop trying and say it's an erroneous download. I've tried Internet Explorer 8 and Safari 4, still no luck to be found. Does anyone know if this is Bioware's issue or mine, or is there possibly another place I could download it? Thanks for the help.
