 Defender:

-Resolute

Battlemaster:
-Bolster

-Berserk:Endless Berserk:Savage Berserk

(If Possible) Weapon Sheild:

The gameplan is to tank with sword and sheild but still do some respectable DPS.
I need help with Strength/Constitution/Willpower ratio.
Any suggestions/help is appreciated.

1. What difficulty?
2. Any preferred companions?
3. Are you dead set on doing a "tank"?

By tank I mean like an MMO tank, where you don't do great damage but soak it up? Because if the combat in this game had a motto, it would be "the best defense is a good offense." Look at AreleX's Berserker Vanguard guide for more information.

At the very least, that's way too much in Defender - it's not as helpful as it looks on paper. Definitely look into some points in Vanguard (Cleave is almost a must-have in any warrior build). Pick up Rally in Battlemaster for burst. Depending on what DLC you have, you'll find that those passives that look pretty cool can easily be replaced by gearing choices.
