ok, I was thinking how wonderful all the little particles in light portal dungeon scenes look and I was wondering why I never see it snow outside (even though there is always snow on the ground)

I suppose it's a trade secret that Bethesda has held onto in the 14 years since their ARENA game was released for MS-DOS (I've verified the release date by looking at the box my own copy came in).
P. S. It was on a very top shelf, up almost to the ceiling in here. You wouldn't beiieve how thick dust can get when not disturbed for maybe 13 years now? So high, you don't think about dusting it off . . Amazing!
