The only thing I can remember that was different was, that both, host and the other teammate who had the same problems as me were N7 Shadows and spammed their Shadow attack frequently and at the start going into cover worked up to the point when I went down right next to my pylon (dunno if I just deployed it, too). After that it didn't anymore.
Platform was PC.

When using Devestator mode the Hurricaine will not fire off the last bullet in the magazine forceing you to reload manually.

Also, cover sometimes will not work. In one game I could not see enemies and could not go to cover. Quit and rejoin fixed that. Later games have worked except for inability to go to cover (and thus to vault). This seems more common on Condor, but also on other maps. Always playing with one or more new characters (not usually mine).
I'm also experiencing major lag issues with the Vanguard Slayer. Even hosting I had trouble. The phase disruptor is especially problematic, sometimes lagging up to a second or more, like it has trouble loading the animation, or something. Never had this problem with other characters.
Platform is PC.
