The difficulty normally drops a fair amount the less players you have and im assuming you was an infiltrator to get the objectives.

Kind of a cheap way to do it.

took me 3 attempts to get a partial extraction with a random team, so big congrats doing it on your own. That new pizza objective is arse with bosses... as is aim assist with snipers: you always end up looking at swarmers rather than the banshee/prime...

This is all a set up they had 4 people and on wave 11 his other 3 left and he finished and took this picture....simple...no rocket glitch or else the would of had a higher score. Theres no way you soloed this. I know a MLG player who tried it today and got to wave 7 highest....

Actually, you are wrong, the score in platinum and gold are the same.

I soloed platinum today one hour after it cames out on PC http://social.biowar...ndex/13192211/1 

And believe me, that guy is legit, the score is legit and also the credits.
So, don't complain about something because you know someone who couldn't do it.

Another thing, Rocket glitch can't be used if you are host , so, if you are soloing, you can't use that, therefore, if someone was "helping him" he wouldn't reach that score.

To add on to this I only used weapons, NO POWERS. Using a power on an enemy will increase how many points you get from a kill.

An example:

Killing a nemesis on gold with a grab - 616
Killing a nemesis on gold with energy drain and grab - 651

Killing an assault trooper on gold with a claymore shot - 308
Killing an assault trooper on gold with energy drain and claymore shot - 325

^^ uh, what?  You mean you used no powers except tactical cloak?  

They need to nerf the new objective. Its too hard. We havent seen a successuful solo with this objective yet.

The darn thing should moce faster or at least quit getting stuck on walls and players.  It should have a special move through all things power.

@ ka243 everytime my team has had the escort objective on wave 10 we have wiped i agree its a bit hard worse when it decides to get stuck in a wall... we now have 1 played save all 5 rockets for the wave 10 objective just for path clearing since doing this we seem to be extracting quite well

also the xp is roughly the same as gold only slightly higher cause we choose unknown enemy i went from level 1 to level 9 after 1 game on platenham normally would only get level 8 from a single gold...

Well done matey. It appears that Bioware really stuffed up Platinum. They are going to lose a lot more credits than they figured.

I like how people assume the developers should be confused or other word upset about this. While they do have a good handle on their own game, obviously, they also spend more time developing it than they do playing it.

While the players doing multiplayer are likely to have a greater amount of time to sink and improve in the game. That's not to say that it isn't impressive. Just not surprising that players would surpass the developers. And I'd assume they expected as much.
