i know it's a useless question, but it's not a crazy question. it's not crazy for a company to keep tidy and organised the games that are not "brand new and shiny, come on, forget about the old stuff now".

Possibly. If you are worried, I would buy a USB stick and back it all up just in case. I keep all my DLC on backup.

Well, eventually they put ME1 DLC on origin so it's a possibility. You can already buy BioWare points on Origin, but in Europe these are much more expensive on Origin than on this website. (BSN actually does the dollar to euro conversion.)
