The redeem thing is so annoying................can't it be fixed?
I also found the online pass problem is not so consistent with its reasoning.
Sometimes it says it cant authorize From the Ashes and sometimes ALL of the DLCs...

I actually INVEST at least an HOUR  or so each time just to get connected to the EA server.
PLUS...its GENEROUS enough to allow me to play for as long as half of the time invested just to get connected before being KICKED out of the game with the FAREWELL message "Lost connection to blah blah blah" and its drving me nuts expecially when it drops me near the final wave during a mission.

Any progress with this issue Bioware?
