Yes, he said that 16m ago, so in about 14m, it will be released. My guess would be 5pm GMT (6pm GMT+1), which is in about 16m.

Concure. Twitter gets it's time stamp based on your system clock... or based on the general location of you IP address which is usually which ever.

lolz. BioWare releases it when they get to work. MS has software automatically release it. Imagine the ****storm that would happen if something went wrong with it - thats why you stagger it. If theres a problem, only a small subset is affected.
