I keep getting crappy equipment bonuses instead of gear and ultra rares. Put a cap that is reachable like 15 or make it like rockets where you get 5 from premium spectre packs. Also I was just on my second platinum game that was ended due to glitches in the game costing me 280k credits. Can you do something about the glitches and actually patch them wehn you say you do? The vangaurd glitch wasn't fixed, I have seen at least 5 people doing the rocket glitch today. Please fix your game because the DLC doesn't make it fine.

this is really not fair, I spent lot of time and lot of credits, buy almost 20 elite spectre packs but there is no new character yet:(

Sorry this is happening for your guys I got n7 shadow and n7 destroyer in my first 3 premium spectre packs. I really am positive it is random. Because on the flip side it took me about a month to get Cerberus/Human Adept.

And here's the tough question: are the chances to get a rare character, when one is actually paying with Bioware points increased? in comparison to earning the credits busting one's soft behind through gameplay?
I really, really hope that is a matter of chance, and this is not the case...

Okay, I opened 10 premium spectre packs today and nothing! I can't be this unlucky. O.o

Spent a decent bit of time in multi-player since Earth dlc became available, and have opened several spectre and premium spectre packs, end result - no new characters. Only got upgrades to current weapons, and the Acolyte. Whoopie! Not planning to spend 40 hours a week in this waste of time; so frustration building!

Its a common opinion shared that you get better unlocks using real money for MTs then using in game currency.

I have had no issue with getting any of the new characters or equipment, but i will qualify and say that I reduced the opportunity of failure arithmetically by making sure I was close to fully upgraded on all non-UR weapons and upgrades, save a few gear bonuses, before downloading earth. I have used only in-game credits to get there, but again, I definitely positioned myself well before the DLC. So well, in fact, that I actually pulled to URs from one PSP.

It is much more likely that the vast majority of people you see using N7 characters have maxed out all of their other gold (rare) weapons and characters. Using bioware points only means that you did not have to work for it, both credits and BW points buy you the same thing.
