I thought that the three new maps were some of the best offered thus far. Each was challenging and inventively laid out. Naturally I look forward to dying many times on Earth, as I'm not the strongest N7 fighter in multi-player.

If things go as usual for me it will be quite some time before I manage to unlock one of the new characters, but I did score that new juggernaut shield (haven't tested it yet). I feel like Earth DLC is a winner!

Thats nothing,i saved up a million creds for it and did not get a single weapon or character..

All from PSP.
But I still can't connect to any matches, and if I start one, nobody can join!!!!!

Someone found a solution. It worked for me as well.
For those who have problems finding games to play, after contacting EA Support, I(he) did these and my(his) problem solved:
Try deleting your OfflineCache file in the following way.

1. In Origin, click the settings gear next to your username on the upper right side
2. Select Settings from the dropdown
3. Click on the ‘Browse Game Installers’ button. A window will appear with folders in it.
4. Shut down Origin
5. Then in the window, double click on the folder with your email address.
6. Delete the file called ‘OfflineCache’
7. Launch Origin again.
Launch the game and play!

I only get weapon upgrades or exp for my Human Soldier, my soldier is level 20, I not got any new thing from Earth DLC, will Bioware make packs so will not get points for level 20 classes and got all different appearance, (lights, Pattern.)

I sure can sympathsize with with those who purchased packs with little return.  I cashed in on my $600,000 and was able to score the N7 Fury Adept, customization for it in another pack, the pistol Acolyte (which absolutely sucked - it took too long to charge up before it shot - that I could have died 3x over (which I almost did), either that or I just did not use it properly; the piranha shotgun - it appears to have very little damage with too heavy a weight (didn't use it), new AR omni-blade, pistol mod of reduced weight (which I did use and was very useful), a mod for pistol that gives it 20% more headshot damage (forget what it is called) and that's about it.  Didn't overly like Vancouver, London was good but still have to use it more and love Rio.  Later on in the evening i did find too much lag happening on Rio.
