Everything has been running at optimal performance until last Saturday (day before yesterday), when the sound on my comp went buggy. I can not hear Mr. Announcer Bunny when he gives the objectives (high value target, etc). In addition, when I started a DA2 playthrough the voices/fights sounded like they were taking place about half a mile away in a long tunnel.

As a fix, I tried updating the graphics, but that did not seem to work (sound resumed, so I stopped the download. Problem resumed a day later, so I downloaded the upgrade).

My Arkham City seems to have the same issue, so I'm guessing it's my computer, but I never saw it before ME3 multiplayer this week.

Hardware:
Motherboard: H55M-S2H
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce9800
1 TB Hard drive

Fixed the problem. I went to the Microsoft fixit center and ran a remote scan/repair. Still not sure what the problem was, but I'm guessing it was in the firmware.
