Okay, so I think we all know that the online profile storage has some issues. Both with the gaming being able to upload all four files correctly, and with the managment of our data. I used to have two characters on my profile, but I deleted them and the diagnostic still shows them. Then of course there are the wonderful errors you get sometimes when trying to delete or manage screenshots.

So, the bottom line here is I think it would be really spiffy if we could narrow the problems down and maybe come up with a fix for it... eh Bioware?
