Impressions are protected, and the fact you're assuming that this VA purposely did an imitation of the actor you're talking about. Were you in the booth when they recorded the lines? I doubt it, so the assumption on your part that this is ludicrious.

Second, the issue of faces, the two models inspired the characters of Morrigan and Leliana, they aren't exact copies.

copying without giving credit is wrong. If he can naturally do a voice than that's great, but if he copies something from somebody else, than he should give credit to the person he copied it from.

The caveat here that kinda breaks your argument is that you would have to prove beyond any doubts that the voice actor even knew the infamous actor from some unknown b-movie even excisted before you can even start to build anything looking like a case.

There is a thing called coincidence ever heard of it? They do in fact happen and since this a great big world full of people surely you are going to notice that some people sound a hella lot like others.

The main story plot can be summed up this way "there is nothing new under the sun" tolkien did not invent the fantasy story, he simply told it better. read his writings and you will find that they are influenced heavily by european history and mythology. tolkien took them all in and blended them together placing his own spin on things.

Was it plagirism? No. Is DA plagirism? No. Each tell there own tale in there own way. If you chose to create similarities thats fine, Others can create differences too. Seriously if you are going to get hung up on this I suggest that you do not play games. As all games simply tell the same story or do all the same things. The same goes for books, movies and music so you better stay clear of them too.
