They could allways in the future avoid these coincidences you are mentioning by giving every actor the same looks, the same build, the same hair, gender, race, armor and no voice, and then run them all by you of course to be sure that they do not dont resemble anything at all.

You probably could, but then you would be comitting copyright infringement by using both the BioWare VAs work and the original actors work in an unauthorized way. You could please yourself with the fact that you would not be comitting any form plagiarism though...

This entire thread is madness...Jeez,next time what will I hear about,abortion in Dragon Age ? or maybe ,similarities between the taint and sinful corporal pleasures.Give me a damn break. Go,belch or something,that's what Oghren would do.That would mean speaking about alcoholics. ASSCHABS!

I was under the assumtion that the likeness had been aknowledged and credited though, so what's the problem here?
Also, it's a likeness, not a copy as the most distinguishing feature, the big scar over the eye, isn't present in the model.

it's not just the beard that is copied. it's his eye structer mostly and his eyebrows just about everything about him. The only differences I can see is his earlobes and nose is slightly different.

Where was the likeness acknowledged and creditted? and that doesn't clear up the many other likenesses and in the case of the voice (copy), all it does it give credit to the most obvious one because it's impossible to deny it.

if they are obviously copying people and paying some and ignoring and not telling others about their copies than why r people denying that the copying is going on. it obviously is even by your own admission of pictures. the only difference is that they paid some and they didn't pay others, and that is what my issue is. they should pay everyone they copy. that is my OPINION end of story.

Pretty sure you don't owe anyone any money for having a voice that sounds like his. Or a face that looks like his. But hey, you could always write your elected representative and see if that can change.
