Concept Morrigan may or may not have been based on the rogue...perhaps this is the reason for the drastic change come the final release?

I hope Legacy_QuEsT is like this in real life. It would make the earth a better place to live. His ability not to concede defeat and keep his opinion even though it is crazy would be great in real life. He is definitely not a follower of people and I respect him for that.

implausably utterly unthinkably outrageously impossible to ever consider the possibility that I am a human being with an opinion. This world is filled with psuedo-realistic immitations of shadowy figures not possibly called humans. Plagiarism is the use without crediting the source.  Bioware listed the sources of its voice actors so there is no plagiarism.  Unless the OP meant to say that there is intellectual property in the voice itself.  Voice actor makes a living from providing a voice to a character.  It is unlikely they would want to sue the very clients that they work for.

It does happen a lot with music too. And some people gets rich from it. Let the damaged parties claim their right in a court of law... if they dare... (Like Rod Steward had to pay a lot to Jorge Ben for a "tete-tete-rete" thing in one song, and it had been done before in a song called Taj Mahal... and Jorge Ben had to change his name to Jorge Ben Jor because George Benson didn't like how the brazilian guy name sounded similar to his and won)

I would say just yours. The prevailing feeling on this board is that you're way off and there's not yet a single voice to defend any part of your asumptions or statements.

Who said they paid any real or historical persons for likeness? They BASED some models on known images I think, that's not copying and the model created may be similar to, but is not in fact, the known image. For those images willingly based on a  known entity I think they were credited.

First, PLEASE stay off the lyrium, you've had enough already!
Second, please at least try to grasp the concepts of likeness and copy and the fact that they differ.
Voice actors was paid to come up with characters for varius roles in the game, chain ends there. What the VAs based their basic character on doesn't realy matter as it's doesn't come within the areas of copyrights.
As you say they DO credit sources, so there's two plausible answers here.

A. It's a devilish conspiracy to crush this unknow actor by estimating his portrayal of a charter in a b-movie and depriving him of his natural born rights to be the only one using those manerisms and tonal qualities and blatantly denying him any recognition.

B. They don't know he excist and the VAs voice just coicidentally happened to sound similar.

As they didn't credit him as the source, what do you think is the most likely of the answers (remember Occam's razor).
