So now we will have to wait until the next patch to get the mods we should be getting?

I hope there's an announcement when safe to spend more credits.
Before anyone facepalms about me spending actual money... it's my money. I just wish I knew there was this problem because I was only willing to spend real money with the chance at new DLC stuff.
This is on PC.

Hmmm, probably the only reason I am thankful for being a PS3 player...cuz I'd be pissed to have spent all my credits! Sorry, guys...that SUX!
Same here. With 5 million credits saved up to spend, I'm awfully glad I didn't get the shaft. All of a sudden, I'm REAL HAPPY to wait.

Actually, that is more of a temporary band-aid, I think.GGW KillerTiger wrote...

Besides, think about it logically. Think about all the people spending credits on PSPs for no chance of getting stuff that the manifest show is availible and not currently owned by these players. They will think "Hmm, I lack that barrel mod... better spend my money for it since it sounds great on my -weapon-" and then they will (righly so) get infuriated when they realize it was a bug.

Easily half of the 3.3M in PSPs I bought consisted of Lvl 4 consumables.

All the mods were there in the manifest when I was downloading the DLC, after the download I spent about 1.1 mil credits and checked the manifest again and found that half of the rare mods were missing from the manifest
