I've downloaded and installed the DLC (Arrival, if it's important), but it does not appear in the game.

I've tried to uninstall all the game data and download the content again, but it did not help. So, maybe somebody faced this issue and can help me? thanks in advance.

It appears after a certain part of the game, you must check your mail and read a message I think.

Sure thing I load my safe made after the final mission, so I believe the sertain point achieved...
