I don't know if I'm bugged or something, but it's been two operations that I've missed out on the commendation packs. I've completed the challenges on saturday-sunday, have upload gameplay feedback set to ON, and I'm not sure what other info you need.
Someone out there is laughing all the way to the bank with their Valiant IX and I'm not getting anything. Help!
Haven't got commendation packs for 2 operations in a row, tech support add them to my account but they still won't show up in game.

I never get the packs the usual way so I have to contact support every time. When they add it, it's instantaneous.

Operation Broadside has not had its commendation released yet.
The previous operations commendation packs are only live for one week.

I wonder if joining a game where host has set "send feedback" to off will grant you a commendation pack? I expect that all four players send their individual info but I am not sure.
I always get my packs (sometimes on thursday) but I also play at least one game with me as host.

To anyone saying "just wait for the pack", I had mine added by customer support so it shouldn't have any bearing on wether the pack is there now or not. But I'll wait 'till friday and post the same result.

i've been told 3 times by support that they've added it to my account - still nothing. now they are telling me to post to the forum because that's apparently the only way to get support from the developers....

Today i asked to a supporter if can give me the pack, he of course give it me but dont appeared in my Shop menu.
I waited around 30-40 min before ask again to the EA support.
After wait that time i asked again and the support guy give me a few steps to follow to try to fix this issue, but not worked.
Someone got the same problem? there is something that can do?

I have had the same problem a number of times also. Its hard for them to get everything working right, with all the diferent configerations and platforms. For me my leaderdoard rating is stuck, but at least you got to admit kidding the bad guys but is fun.

Online feedback is on, and my leaderboard and player manifest updates itself without problem.
I don't know what to do. I contacted support regarding this problem, they werent much of help, as they only told me to turn Online feedback ON which i have,

Exactly the same here. I even forwarded necessary ports on my router.
I asked support if there is a way to fix this issue permanently and he said Bioware is working on it. I realy hope so.
