To download go to playstation store and search "Mass Effect Earth" then find the expansion and download it. It is free and 165 MB.
Earth DLC is up on PSN

Alright, but is the new content in the packs now? I remember quite the problems with the first two DLCs not containing any of the new content, making people waste hundreds of thousands of credits.

Yes, I'm aware of that. Shortly after the first DLC was released though (and I'm pretty sure the second one and a problem too) nobody was unlocking anything new. An hour later here comes Bioware saying "Oops, the new content that you just downloaded and installed wasn't in the packs yet. Sorry." I was just wondering if anyone on PS3 has unlocked any of the new content yet.

I have seen them too on the 360 (Earth DLC isn't out on PSN in Europe yet) but I did get the N7 Piranha II but no characters.
Hopefully I'll be luckier on the PS3 (preferred system)

I was do pumped about all the new classes for earth dlc but after spending over 1.2 million credits i have yet to get a single one. In fact the only thins i have got are a reset powers and the new shotgun and pistol in premium spectre and spectre packs the end result equals me PISSED as hell and this is not new im still missing classes from the last dlc WTF should i do? It seems to happen all the time and its realy frustrating to blow 8 hours of creds and get crap in return.
