Create a support ticket via your account. Attach a picture of the damage and youl'll get a replacement.
The number of the damaged one will have to be torn and proff of this will have to be sent.
Personally I've managed to get around 5-6 replacemnts of Reaper Attack all with varying damage. I've now given up and been refunded.

They will reply back with specific instructions (they will want you to take photos of the damage).
Relatively painless process and they are extremely helpful from what I have heard.
The replacement is free.

That sucks it got damaged. I've had that before. These though arrived in pristine condition. Even the flat box was almost brand new looking.Johnny16142 wrote...

Shipping notification came for me. Should be here in 2weeks. The only complaint I have (I assume this happens for lots of international orders from lots of companies) is that I can't track the shipment.
