it seems that due to ea's inability to fix their credit and store system they have resorted to autobanning people who gain too many credits.

is it perhaps time to look into a
class action lawsuit.if you have been acused of cheating with no proof
and been denied access to a game you paid for you should file the more
people the harder the hammer on ea's head who knows you might get some
money out of it if ea was improperly handling account investigation.
considering that most credit glitches are caused via host migrations and
it is nearly impossible for a player to know wether or not they
recieved extra credits especially if they are relitivly new this is a
poor and detremental process.

So you're telling me that being rich is a bad thing? Where has this world come to?
On a more serious note, I agree, BioWare is a bit too quick on swinging the banhammer. I think their motto is "Ban first. Ask questions never.", but what the hell, they do rely on space magic for most of the things

I've had problems like this before with other games where the company pulls your multiplayer access or DLC access for some stupid reason. Just yell and shout like an angry customer and make legal threats and they will usually work things out.
Seriously pissed about this tho I don't bust my ass at my job to spend $60 on a game I like to have my online access revoked on accusations of cheating or glitching.

I think my account somehow was stuck logged into what the server believed was another computer or something.
Just speculation, but I guess they may be able to tell me what happened when they do reply. Ill come back and lets you guys know what they said.
Either way this still pisses me off that they are doing this to other people, it just doesnt make sense, EA Games doesn't give a hoot about hackers and cheaters on BF3 (probably because of the stupid way they decided the game would launch from a browser) they even ban forum accounts on battlelog for mentioning hackers and stuff.
Yet here is Bioware all BanHammer happy like a 6 year old child and they could care less.

Open origin, log out, close origin, restart, log in, refresh 'my games', exit, restart, load ME3, log out of origin, exit, reboot, start origin, login, load ME3.... so far nothing has worked, although I was able to play for a while the other day after having this problem. Now I'm back to having the error
I wonder if it's a server glitch, I've never cheated and never really had a lot of credits... and I've only had this problem after updating origin

The obvious solution would be to do that server side (basically what Valve is doing with TF2), but if you know nothing about security engineering, then liberal ban waves will have to suffice.
* Rule 101 of computer security: You cannot trust a running system. I can do whatever I want with my computer, and it's impossible (as in breaking the laws of physics) for Origin/ME/whatever to detect this or do anything about it. Google 'rootkit' if you don't believe that.
The only way to be sure is to run critical code on servers you control. But Bioware is remarkably resilient to experience in this area - SWTOR had the same problem (speedhacking in the 1st month)

I got this after updating Origin TODAY.
I think it is an issue rather than thinking that we got banned, at writing this I got it working ... strange.

if your positively sure it isn't anything to do with your computer then shoot an email to support and see if they can fix it.
