is it perhaps time to look into a class action lawsuit.if you have been acused of cheating with no proof and been denied access to a game you paid for you should file the more people the harder the hammer on ea's head who knows you might get some money out of it if ea was improperly handling account investigation. considering that most credit glitches are caused via host migrations and it is nearly impossible for a player to know wether or not they recieved extra credits especially if they are relitivly new this is a poor and detremental process.

it seems that due to ea's inability to fix their credit and store system they have resorted to autobanning people who gain too many credits.

So you're telling me that being rich is a bad thing? Where has this world come to?

On a more serious note, I agree, BioWare is a bit too quick on swinging the banhammer. I think their motto is "Ban first. Ask questions never.", but what the hell, they do rely on space magic for most of the things :wizard::wizard::wizard:

"Ban first. Ask questions never." As in no questions, just ban.

Just happened to me.... No idea how. Sending an email, gonna give them a stiff arm.

I've had problems like this before with other games where the company pulls your multiplayer access or DLC access for some stupid reason. Just yell and shout like an angry customer and make legal threats and they will usually work things out.
Seriously pissed about this tho I don't bust my ass at my job to spend $60 on a game I like to have my online access revoked on accusations of cheating or glitching.

No reply from email yet, but it's working now.

I think my account somehow was stuck logged into what the server believed was another computer or something.
Just speculation, but I guess they may be able to tell me what happened when they do reply. Ill come back and lets you guys know what they said.
Either way this still pisses me off that they are doing this to other people, it just doesnt make sense, EA Games doesn't give a hoot about hackers and cheaters on BF3 (probably because of the stupid way they decided the game would launch from a browser) they even ban forum accounts on battlelog for mentioning hackers and stuff.
Yet here is Bioware all BanHammer happy like a 6 year old child and they could care less.

If they are banning people with too many creds........ well, I saved up A S***TON of creds for when they would release more MP dlc, so is that why I was banned? Huh, Bioware?

I've been having this problem ever since the latest update of origin. I'm trying to do all the trouble shooting steps before contacting tech support, but it is getting really annoying. Having spent nearly $100 on a game that I can rarely play due to login issues, server glitches, and origin snafu's.

Open origin, log out, close origin, restart, log in, refresh 'my games', exit, restart, load ME3, log out of origin, exit, reboot, start origin, login, load ME3.... so far nothing has worked, although I was able to play for a while the other day after having this problem. Now I'm back to having the error

I wonder if it's a server glitch, I've never cheated and never really had a lot of credits... and I've only had this problem after updating origin

Oh come on, stop acting surprised; EA is just protecting their revenue stream - no one's gonna spend BW points on gear if they can get all the cash they could spend through glitches.

The obvious solution would be to do that server side (basically what Valve is doing with TF2), but if you know nothing about security engineering, then liberal ban waves will have to suffice.

* Rule 101 of computer security: You cannot trust a running system. I can do whatever I want with my computer, and it's impossible (as in breaking the laws of physics) for Origin/ME/whatever to detect this or do anything about it. Google 'rootkit' if you don't believe that.
The only way to be sure is to run critical code on servers you control. But Bioware is remarkably resilient to experience in this area - SWTOR had the same problem (speedhacking in the 1st month)

I am having same issues here... together with the "can't authorize DLC content..." which allows me to play but without DLC... weird

I got this after updating Origin TODAY.

I think it is an issue rather than thinking that we got banned, at writing this I got it working ... strange.

Yea they never replied to me email but a day later my account somehow has a key for Me3 again and now I can play.

if your positively sure it isn't anything to do with your computer then shoot an email to support and see if they can fix it.

So far I've emailed and chat with them since I posted previously. They've made me download and redownload Origin twice. They've gotten me to delete the folders you can access from the "browse installer folder" from Settings. I found out I haven't been banned, so its not that. And I've attempted to repair/redownload Mass Effect 3 and it won't let me, nor will it allow me to finish downloading the Extended Cut DLC. Currently they want run a UO, whatever that is, which I'll do on my days off (If I get days off since one of my coworkers went AWOL this weekend and he works my shift when I'm off).

"The EA servers is not avilable now" and "please redeem an online pass to blabla" are the most frequently sentences in ME3's world since the last time I updated Origin.
