I have never used a mod, and I have already confirmed with ME3AccountAdmin@bioware.com that my account is not banned in any way. The issue arose when I updated my Origin client, so I would assume that's the root of my issue.

I have been saving ever since I realised how much of a waste it was spend credits on any other day than DLC release day, given the UR buff that seems to happen on release days. Unfortunately, Bioware seem to have found a way to make sure I can't use my account on release day and spend my savings.

All I can say is that I'm not impressed with the management of Bioware and EA atm.

Is there a support phone line? I am from Australia and we don't have any local phone support, but I have an online pass issue that I am getting no e-mail back from EA Help about (I have confirmed I am not banned), so I am willing to ring the US to get my problem solved.

i just checked and i have 2 for origin, OriginClientService.exe and Origin.exe
also eacoreserver.exe
and
masseffect3.exe
file locations for those are c:\\origin\\originclientservices.exe
c\\origin\\origin.exe
c:\\origin\\mass effect 3\\binaries\\win32\\core\\eacoreserver.exe
c:\\origin\\mass effect 3\\binaries\\win32\\masseffect3.exe
well the drive letter is where you installed origin and it would defualt to the c drive.
if you dont have all of those in there try adding them all with full access, maybe just maybe that will fix the problem for you guys n gals.

I've tested on two different computers and having the same problems since the new dlc went in. I have made a ticket to EA support but as yet there hasn't been a reply.

Anyone with any further suggestions or updates with this?
So far the Bioware account people have confirmed I haven't been banned, the EA Live chat support passed on my case as they were unable to resolve it and I told to expect a response in 24-48 hours from the next team, which I think elapsed about three days ago.
I'd be surprised if this is a bug with my computers and I can understand that a resolution will take time but any form of update would be great.
