I sent another e-mail to EA Customer Support a few days ago...they have yet to respond (despite quoting a 24 hour response time). I'm going to try my luck on Answer HQ, but this is beginning to get ridiculous. I'm at the point where I would gladly just spend $10 on an another online pass to make this issue go away, but I don't even have the option to do that.

Would it be possible for somebody from BioWare to provide assistance in this situation?

Just some info....EA does not like mods either. If anyone has a mod, even if it just changes the color of the characters, delete all mods immediately. EA considers the use of mods as cheating also. I sympathize with you all and hope you get the help you need.

I have never used a mod, and I have already confirmed with ME3AccountAdmin@bioware.com that my account is not banned in any way.  The issue arose when I updated my Origin client, so I would assume that's the root of my issue.

I jut suffered the issue too. I just sent the email to the account admin a couple of hours ago. Let's see what tey have to say.

I've got the online pass issue too :(

I have been saving ever since I realised how much of a waste it was spend credits on any other day than DLC release day, given the UR buff that seems to happen on release days. Unfortunately, Bioware seem to have found a way to make sure I can't use my account on release day and spend my savings.

Thanks EA/Bioware.

Is there a support phone line? I am from Australia and we don't have any local phone support, but I have an online pass issue that I am getting no e-mail back from EA Help about (I have confirmed I am not banned), so I am willing to ring the US to get my problem solved.

Wow, that sucks. Do you have a case open with EA Help? I'd be interested in hearing how things wound up.

how many firewall entries do you have for origin/me3/eacore?

i just checked and i have 2 for origin, OriginClientService.exe and Origin.exe
also eacoreserver.exe
and
masseffect3.exe

file locations for those are c:\\origin\\originclientservices.exe
c\\origin\\origin.exe
c:\\origin\\mass effect 3\\binaries\\win32\\core\\eacoreserver.exe
c:\\origin\\mass effect 3\\binaries\\win32\\masseffect3.exe

well the drive letter is where you installed origin and it would defualt to the c drive.

if you dont have all of those in there try adding them all with full access, maybe just maybe that will fix the problem for you guys n gals.

It appears the problem lies if you can't connect to the auth server. Try pulling up Resource Manager and see to what address Mass Effect 3 connects to that has the highest network allocation. Try to keep that connection alive.

Has there been any more news and or a resolution to this?
I've tested on two different computers and having the same problems since the new dlc went in. I have made a ticket to EA support but as yet there hasn't been a reply.

I've been supposedly "banned" now since June or July...this is absolute horse !#%! for messing with my SINGLE PLAYER .ini files to fix the FOV for PC version of Mass Effect 3. I've been a fan of the series since the first game. Now? Not anymore and I certainly as $#!^ won't buy any of EA's or BioWare's products every again until I'm unbanned.

Bumpidy.
Anyone with any further suggestions or updates with this?
So far the Bioware account people have confirmed I haven't been banned, the EA Live chat support passed on my case as they were unable to resolve it and I told to expect a response in 24-48 hours from the next team, which I think elapsed about three days ago.
I'd be surprised if this is a bug with my computers and I can understand that a resolution will take time but any form of update would be great.

Profile XBOX LIVE stolen, renovation-profile was the product on Friday 19th October 2012, the whole of October, I can not play games because of the above.

This happens to me every few days, more than once a day if my internet connection wonks out during a match and throws me back to the main menu. Once that happens I have to Repair Install and poof! It'll work again.

Don't look for sympathy here.  Most will tell you that you deserved to be banned.  Why?  Just because.  The same reason BioWare gave.

Guys, im trying to participate in Operation Valkyrie, but the game keeps asking me to redeem/purchase online pass, i pre-ordered my collectors edition from EB Games, its authentic, i registered the game, what is this bs really?

I just updated Origin and now I keep getting the Purchas/Redeem Online Pass issue. Is something up with EA servers?

I had my issue fixed by contacting EA live chat support. Long story short they had to remove the game form my Origin account and give me a new product key, but it works again. I still have all of my other DLC and multiplayer unlocks so the only thing I lost was time getting things fixed. If you guys are having this problem I recommend you us the live chat support. It took time but I got things fixed.
