Had a ticket open with EA about the issue and the person just kept referring me to the same exact website. I told him that I had tried the directions listed on the page, to which he responded by apologizing and telling me to try the instructions given on the same exact website. Long story short, I got no help and am hoping that someone in their customer support helps one of us and let's us know how to fix this...EA has ruined Bioware =(
