Still no results. They keep telling me on EA Support that I've been permanently banned.

For these types of issues, it is best if you e-mail ME3AccountsAdmin@BioWare.com to verify your account status. One thing to note: Being banned from MP will not ban you from any SP content.

I've had a similar problem so I've sent a message to the e-mail address you've given but I get a response that this address doesn't exist.

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

ME3AccountsAdmin@bioware.com

Technical details of permanent failure:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 No such user - psmtp (state 13).

That's because the e-mail address is wrong to begin with. See here It's ME3AccountAdmin@BioWare.com - not "Accounts"

What "fix" do you expect? You've apparently been banned. You have the chance to appeal by e-mailing the given address. They then review your case and you either get unbanned or not (which means you did something ban-worthy). This takes time. They've just banned over 1k people, you'd think they may have received quite some e-mails because of that

I have made an appeal for unban at EA Support. I even said that "I apologize" even though they didn't tell me what I was banned for. I haven't seen screens, audio transcripts, anything. I don't know how many people were banned or not. That is their problem to handle. I wouldn't be angry so much on the issue if single player was still active, but like I said before I can't access anything now: ME3 Multiplayer won't work, ME3 Singleplayer DLC won't authorize, I cant load savegames because it gives me DLC errors. I can start a new game but I won't have access to From Ashes and Extended Cut...

In short, I've been EAed.

I expect to be innocent until proven guilty.  I expect an answer when I ask a question.  I expect to be able to play a game that I paid my hard earned money for.   If not, then I expect a refund if someone tells me that I can't play a game that I paid for.  Unfortunately, I also expect to see more replies like yours, because you're obviously not experiencing this issue, so it doesn't affect you.  I also expect someone to explain how anyone can "exploit" multi player that revolves around CO-OP game play.  If no one is getting an unfair advantage, then no one is cheating.  And if you can show or even tell me HOW someone using my account cheated, then I expect it to be unbanned.

Pretty much this, underlining the most important part.

Contacting Ea support, wish me luck!

I don't need the benefit of your doubt, Siran, but thanks again for yet another useless reply.  Shoe?  What shoe?

Seems like the same BS in that thread, too, though. Everyone who hasn't been banned is talking down to everyone who has, without knowing anything about them or their situations. (It's just too easy to be a tough guy on the internet, or to cite the moral high ground regardless of where you stand.) Have any of the moderators actually answered any questions, such as why it is that no one at BioWare or EA can provide any evidence as to what was "exploited" to lead to all of these bans?

Don't you think that they investigate your cases? Don't you think that they look hard at the server-side data before they ban? Don't you think as regular players you'd notice unusual amounts of credits after a game, given that is is right there in your face? Nobody gets banned for a one-of (be it missile glitching or being part of a hacked game). It's repeated & persistent exploits that get you banned, and quite rightly so.

So if someone uses an exploit in game and I was passively participated in this, so then I got to be banned too? Thats not good...
For example: If someone I didnt know uses some weapon glich and help me to finish gold. So in your opinion, I also cheated?

I understand but I've never had massive amounts of credits after a game 80k or so was max. I've been gone since June 30th (computer crash) and here I am first day back I download the dlc and bam I an email saying I am banned.  I just find it frustrating I have no ability to defend prior to he ban being put into effect and even after appeals no idea what appeared to be eploiting/cheating so I could avoid it in the future.

To answer your questions, no, I don't.  How could they possibly ban as many people as they are saying they banned if they did in-depth investigations into each and every case?  How many people are in charge of these so-called investigations?  If the answer is less than several hundred, then I'd have to say that my answer is still no.

Arguing won't solve anything. I just want access to the game I paid for. I haven't done any other player any harm, just let me play my copy of the game.

Did you try this? If you did sorry:

For PC games you will need to enable Origin's offline mode to play games with a disabled account. Go to the settings tab in Origin (the gear icon) and select Go Offline.
