why so? considering I play casually (only 1 Gold attempt so far), I value my well earned credits. I still haven't even unlocked level X weapons for the basic weapons yet though...feels kinda sad..sigh~

It's been 3 days since I sent the e-mail appealing my ban and I still haven't gotten anything back, so I'm starting to think this helpdesk thing might be my only way to get this figured out.
If anyone else can confirm this helpdesk thing, please do. I would very much like to know if it's worth looking into.

that's why I declined the offer. there is one thread which speaks of a solution, but am unsure whether it applies or not.

as of current, the Live Chat has given me this: my account status is okay, online entitlement is good, try turning off firewall, change user settings, none of which solved it.

I just got the exact same e-mail earlier today!
I too would like to wish anyone still stuck with this problem the best of luck. Keep trying, I'm sure that if you're innocent or got unfairly banned by association, there will be a way through for you somehow.

Honestly, I can accept not having multiplayer as long as I get singleplayer working again, it's the fact that I've been falsely accused that's infuriating me.
