Question. Game Experts = BW staff? Because if they are the same person, Tse already copy-pasted me to death.

I'm not sure who those experts are, although I did ask a few times. I persistently get the usual wait 24-48 hours for game experts to review the case.
One of the bioware staff already told me that he would ignore my future messages. That was the only message in which he didn't copy pasted anything! I called it a triumph in its own right!

At no point has anyone from BioWare or EA offered to reset my profile, otherwise I would've jumped at the opportunity. To date, the only reply I have gotten on this issue is Ernest copying and pasting the same text into his emails.  This is ridiculous!

Edit: Typo

Although i do not have this problem, i have contacted Chris Priestly to help you guys. Im not sure what he can do, but i contacted him anyway to see if he can help.

Its unfair that you guys dont have access to the game even though you bought it, it was your  hard earned money. I can relate a few times that this happened to me in the past with a few other franchises. I will contact the guy thats copy-pasting you. You deserve to actually get a real reply.

-

EDIT: I have contacted the email you guys asked for an unban on.

Now, i just need to wait for a reply.

Aha! I just got approval again! Now I can play~

All I did was go to tech support, asked them to delete my game code and readd it as per my previous post with the link. It totally fixed things up. The live chat person's name was Charanjeet, and she said she did this a couple of times and it works.

Can you tell us what you did or who you asked and how to delete my game code. Please,Please:D

Referring to the link I put on this thread earlier, it can be simplified to this.

Go to EA Live Support (i did Live Chat), ask that person to check your status account (ban or not). Mine was not banned, so I asked her to delete my game code on their end and re-add another code which has the same entitlements. After that, that person will ask you to Reload Your Games on Origin, and it should be fixed right after that. All unlocks were preserved, and I think the only con is the GaW percentage reset to 50% (couldn't care less 'cuz SPs are done a long time ago).

I tried this, and they said they can't do anything about it wihtout permission from higher game experts.

No reply from Chris Priestly, and no reply from that email you guys emailed. Just need to wait a few more hours for a reply, and possibly resend my email.

EDIT: Talked to the guy on live chat on Origin.

Dheeraj:

you:
You can read it.
Dheeraj:
I understand the issue.
you:

(a few minutes later)
Dheeraj:
Our concerned team is handling such issue.
you:

Dheeraj:
So please email us at the below address.
you:
But instead, it looks like they are being ignored.
you:
If you can, unban them?
Dheeraj:
Email to  "me3accountadmin@bioware.com" for further information
you:
Already done.
Dheeraj:
I can not unban it from myside.
you:

you:
Its been a day, possibly more for the people on the thread. Do something.
Dheeraj:
So please wait for the response for concerned team.
Dheeraj:
There is nothing much we can do at this point of time.
you:

So apparently, theres a 'concerned team' on this problem.

Also, looked at my email and found that there was still no email back.

I bet it's a team full of copy and paste remailers, that'll be a big help.

They do copy paste a lot it seems. They should rethink ther banning strategies though. For example Max Payne 3 Multiplayer doesn't ban exploiters or whatever Bioware staff want to call 'em. They just filter them to lobbies with other exploiting players/friends. The permanent bans here practicaly removes your right to play the game you paid for. I'd call it stealing, and EA customer supports has the nerve to tell people "you should consider buying a new version of Mass Effect 3". There's an answer for this: "when reaper hell freezes"

I think the only difference between the e-mails I received was that the first one included a sentence about how they can't reveal any details due to their investigative process (which sounds questionable to me), and the second one removed that sentence.

I have still not received another reply.

Just got the "no further responses" email. So I suppose the solution is finding someone to share an account with or piracy.

Well il l be. My heart goes out to you guys. Its the stonewalling that's rough. If you didn't cheat, that's bs. If you did cheat its still draconian. The part that gets me is the "buy another copy" .... if they want to ban you, ban you.... they're basically impossing a real money fine to get your mp back. Its baffling to me. Their hearts mjght be in the right place, but seeing things like this makes me think they're taking this to an extreme.

Hey everyone,

We are trying to get through as many e-mails as we can in a quick and efficient manner while maintaining the integrity of each investigation. As mentioned before, we will not discuss any details regarding your case under any circumstance. This is to ensure integrity of our investigation process and to make sure that we maintain our edge on cheaters.

Ernest is a valued member of the BioWare team here in Edmonton and any rude comments towards him or his work will be handled appropriately.

Feel free to post or PM me any questions you have regarding this process.

"work" is an overstatement, but acknowledged none the less. I'll just leave it at that. If you want to ban people from accessing their copy of the game "SO BE IT"... hah I actually got to use the infamous line from the extended DLC... go figure.

I haven't received a reply yet, so I don't know how helpful it will be, but I explained my entire situation.  I advised that I was on vacation when I was banned, 500 miles from my computer, etc...  You may want to provide an actual explanation for why you're sending the message.  Like I said, I don't know if it will help, but it couldn't hurt.

Chris Priestly: We will investigate anyone who complains of being banned. It will take time, but they will be investigated.

Well, still haven't gotten a reply on my email. Sorry guys, im trying my best. But hey, Chris replied.
