yeah I love logging in today to play to find an email 5 minutes after I installed Earth DLC showing me banned... not cool BIOWARE NOT COOL
I Dont Hack/CRACK, cheat, steal, exploit and they do this **** NOT COOL

Please read it, and stop copy/pasting them. Actually give them a reply, and tell them what exploit they did through their PMs. As far as im reading it, after they downloaded the Earth DLC, over 1000 people were banned due to 'cheating', even though they never cheated. To be honest, what im reading here is a complete rip-off. They spent their hard earned money and then they get banned on multiplayer. By the way, nice job. It was crystal clear on what you were trying to get here. Im never buying anything else from you, or EA, because every time i do i get a complete cluster-**** instead of the game i deserve. If you dont unban those people, your losing a loyal customer and a once-friend of Bioware.


Please advise, and unban those people.

I wish to talk to you on the matter of permanent bans with people who didn't actually cheat in Mass Effect 3. If you can look at this thread.

I believe you'll get my point on what im trying to get to if you actually read the thread. Please unban them, because from what im reading they were banned unjustly, and you keep ignoring them to get back to your problems. Well, they have problems too, and you ignoring them isn't going to help. Unban them please, and everything will work out. Also unban the other countless people that was banned for no reason whatsoever. If they keep saying they were banned unjustly, then actually LISTEN to them instead of ignoring them.

its just not right that there are so many people having this problem

I've always prided myself on being legitmate, and when i caught people doing stuff that wasn't right I either reported, stopped playing with and or both

then they do this to me.... THANKS

Hey guys i read what is happening and i'm same i sended an e-mail Ernest he said the same thing as ea advisors "banned for explioting" i sended a message to Thomas Abram but he did not reply i sended this second message:
" ok it looks like you didn't reply i really liked your games and enjoyed playing them but it's been a week now that i got banned i don't know what i've done wrong. Why won't you tell me what i did that i got banned and in detail or better yet why won't you tell the ones that got banned for no reason. Every single one of them since you like copying and pasting in messages you should be ashamed of yourself is this what you do to your fans that enjoyed playing your games. Since you like taking cheating so seriously than give me proof reply me with detail cause i also take it seriously when people try to steal from me."

OMFG!!! Found a guy that is "exploiting".

Why that gay wasnt ban he have nore than 2 millions bioware call that exploiting so if im right all people that are saving money for load of premium spectre packs are exploiters so WTF, bioware WTF????!!!

Well. This is my 5th week without ME3 multiplayer... And after contacting EA phone support (for the 4th time) I get the same old "The expert team will try to help you sir, we thank you for your patience"... They have no idea of my patience. I'm on my fifth week with a faulty product! They should be grateful that I'm quietly waiting.

I used to keep Bioware in high standard. Hell, I'm making a ME3 machinima at the moment. But this sort of costumer support is taking out any fun I had with the Mass Effect series...

In short: Shape up or ship out!

WOW on June 19 there were 1151 banned and on July 19 1359 banned i can't believe it there couldn't be that much people that hacked in multiplayer there must be something going on and we got caught up into this who agrees with me ?

I have 5 unban appeal cases on EA Support site. I have made it a habit to contact EA Support once everyday. Today I met a nice chap on EA Support chat line to which I said: "I have 5 unban appeals and each of them is at least 3 days old." The guy immediately said something like this "Ow, wow that's not acceptable, I'll look into this immediately, please hold." Five minutes later: "I'm very sorry, some cases take longer than others to resolve." ... I wanted to say "No s-s-hit...", but I ended up saying: "Thank you for your patience" to avoid being an as-s... after all, I can't really blame him.

The thing is, after numerous talks to these fine indian folk (mostly were indian, and nice people I'd add), I came to the conclusion that there's a reason for them being indian... it's probably a scenario like this: "underpaid people paid to handle EA's customer service, because the ones responsible for the DRM and the bans and the whatever have too little time to help, because "they'z busy countin' thos' benjaminz y'all". EA succeded in something big here and they deserve a big prize. Their new motto should be: "EA - Electronic ARTS (see artistic integrity syndrome) - Because we know how to take the fun out of games and turn them into your worst nightmare."

Everything at EA support is circular:
You tell them your problem >> they say they'll investigate >> they ask for your credentials >> the supossedly check >> they say that there's a problem >> they say they can't fix problem >> they say they'll take problem to higher game experts >> they as you if you have another problem >> you repeat talking to them about the same problem.

I recently had this online pass error. Although mine may have been different as it resolved it self after I updated ME3. Not that its any different mind you. I still get disconnected from rounds even when I am hosting because I lose connection to the EA servers for a second. As soon as it goes back to the main menu I am able to re-connect to the server. HOW IN THE HELL IS THAT DISCONNECTED EA?

Before I even contacted BioWare/EA I tried repairing the installation, and then updating the game. I tried all of the silly BS customer support always asks you to do BEFORE calling customer support. I even made sure my computer was plugged in.

Got some more info - the ban will effectively apply to the account. So you'd have to make a new origin account and apply the code to that account. Hope that helps!

Was actually considering the oposite, as in never buying a game from EA ever, but I guess this is good to know.

Not for PC, the online pass comes with the game, or at least until BioWare/EA figures out a way to make you pay extra for that, too.

"There is no Online Pass for the PC."

I played 2 games last weekend, and about a dozen or so during the last Operation. I had to contact support to get the reward for having a succesful gold extraction and that was it.

What happened that suddenly I cannot access multiplayer anymore?

Man it's been like 2 weeks that i got banned if only there can be a miracle and they give us one more chance and find who is really hacking i should not deserve this and even the people who got banned for nothing. If bioware or EA is reading this hell i'm never gonna buy another game i already had the game they took away from me they rather give me my money or the game and if their really reading this they should look back cause i say someone hacked our accounts randomly and screwed our accounts without us knowing cause really how is it possible that over 2000 acounts got banned from last month till this month you can only see a 100 players hack a game and whats so fun hacking it's not skill imagine that player that hacked and got those ranks and without a hack that player is ****. Who agrees with me seriously?
