Please read it, and stop copy/pasting them. Actually give them a reply, and tell them what exploit they did through their PMs. As far as im reading it, after they downloaded the Earth DLC, over 1000 people were banned due to 'cheating', even though they never cheated. To be honest, what im reading here is a complete rip-off. They spent their hard earned money and then they get banned on multiplayer. By the way, nice job. It was crystal clear on what you were trying to get here. Im never buying anything else from you, or EA, because every time i do i get a complete cluster-**** instead of the game i deserve. If you dont unban those people, your losing a loyal customer and a once-friend of Bioware.
Please advise, and unban those people.

I wish to talk to you on the matter of permanent bans with people who didn't actually cheat in Mass Effect 3. If you can look at this thread.
I believe you'll get my point on what im trying to get to if you actually read the thread. Please unban them, because from what im reading they were banned unjustly, and you keep ignoring them to get back to your problems. Well, they have problems too, and you ignoring them isn't going to help. Unban them please, and everything will work out. Also unban the other countless people that was banned for no reason whatsoever. If they keep saying they were banned unjustly, then actually LISTEN to them instead of ignoring them.

I've always prided myself on being legitmate, and when i caught people doing stuff that wasn't right I either reported, stopped playing with and or both

I used to keep Bioware in high standard. Hell, I'm making a ME3 machinima at the moment. But this sort of costumer support is taking out any fun I had with the Mass Effect series...

The thing is, after numerous talks to these fine indian folk (mostly were indian, and nice people I'd add), I came to the conclusion that there's a reason for them being indian... it's probably a scenario like this: "underpaid people paid to handle EA's customer service, because the ones responsible for the DRM and the bans and the whatever have too little time to help, because "they'z busy countin' thos' benjaminz y'all". EA succeded in something big here and they deserve a big prize. Their new motto should be: "EA - Electronic ARTS (see artistic integrity syndrome) - Because we know how to take the fun out of games and turn them into your worst nightmare."
Everything at EA support is circular:
You tell them your problem >> they say they'll investigate >> they ask for your credentials >> the supossedly check >> they say that there's a problem >> they say they can't fix problem >> they say they'll take problem to higher game experts >> they as you if you have another problem >> you repeat talking to them about the same problem.

Not for PC, the online pass comes with the game, or at least until BioWare/EA figures out a wau to make you pay extra for that, too.

I played 2 games last weekend, and about a dozen or so during the last Operation. I had to contact support to get the reward for having a succesful gold extraction and that was it.
What happened that suddenly I cannot access multiplayer anymore?
