I've not played a single match of MP but behold I open the game this morning and start receiving the Online Pass required message. Everything was fine not even twenty-four hours ago and still waiting on reply from EA.

First I thought it was EA ,that banned me ,but you can't put the blame on the customer support chatters it's their job they don't want to lose their job ,cause they are following their policy. It's all Bioware's fault ,they should get the blame and I know they keep saying buy the game again ,they can't do nothing. One good piece of advice ,don't buy the game again ,cause it might happen again ,but I guess most of you guys know already. But I can't believe it I just don't surrender and I believe all of you understand.

There's got to be a logical reason for all this. If I may ask how someone be accused of something and not be told what it is? How are they supposed to know what went wrong and how they can avoid it in the future?

To be honest I am very very scared right now. I have a MP/SP account that is in good standing as I am using it and I keep my nose clean. But from what everyone here is saying they were in the same boat to and got a instant ban for no reason? What's to keep it from happening to me to?

Also did they ever fix the MP profile corruption bug?

Yeah Outlawstar15a2 you are totally right i said this before and i was accused of something and i was not told of what it is and i guess it happened to alot of people. Tell you what who ever is reading this go check at Thomas Abram and go to his forums and you shall see two forums that are about people that got banned and in total from june till july over 2000 got banned. Come on seriously how is it possible that there were that much people cheating not even in Call of duty you see that much cause First person shooting games are the most games that you see most player cheating.

Pretty sure my girlfriend has just been banned, which is stupid - because she only plays bronze with me (except for two games a while back which were public games) and we have failed quite often.

What's weirder is that *I* haven't been banned, because I have been in every single game she has played online, so you would think whatever "cheating" she's done would affect me, too.

Don't see how this is acceptable; taking away paid-for content without a given reason just screams illegal to me - EULAs do *not* override the law.

We haven't gotten a reply from EA support yet, but judging from this thread I can guarantee it won't be good.

Anyone else get the impresion the Ernest is a bit of a loose cannon?

He is single handedly destroying relationship bioWare has tried to create with its customers by being rude and arrogant.

BioWare, you need to move him sideways or take him off the front of house at least.

Now hey everybody did you know about the glitch you get ,when you finish a match wether it is bronze,silver or gold ,you accidently get 1,000,000 credits after the match ? Did you know ,that you can get banned for getting those credits. What if you don't know about it and the next day you get banned for not reporting it cause really ,I heard alot of players got banned for getting those credits. Does anybody agree with this cause I seriously don't ? Oh and one more thing Steej you shuould also say about this to Thomas.

Thomas just shut down another thread of mine.  If you think he's the right guy though, i'll try a direct aproach.

As for your statement, I'm left guessing that's whats happened to me. 
Presumably the credits i had were ilegitamate, but with out a definate response i have no idea!
I prosie you i personally have not altered any files to improve any settings etc (honestly i wount know how to! lol)

But let me tell you this Steej ,is it possible that over 2000 players or accounts got banned from June till July cause i got banned the same as date as you. But ,if I cheated or hacked anything I should have been banned on June right ? Something is weird and you know why (this is the first time i got banned from a game) ,cause take a look at the number of players that got banned and take a look at other games when you play multiplayer ,can you see 2000 players hacking during gameplay ? NO !!! mostly you see 50 players cheating. So alot of innocent players got banned for nothing because it is impossible if it is ,I should have seen them already cheating cause I can notice them using unlimited ammo ,unlimited health ,speed hack etc...

I need help here. I haven't even played the game on my new windows yet I can't authorize my dlc. It says online pass is required.

I have never played multiplayer.

Edit: Seems I have a happy story. I complained, although I never got an email back now suddenly my account is fine. Now to download all dlc except multiplayer.

Good point  mate.  I've seen one cheater with a full auto shotgun.
I played alot of multiplayer, so by those figure i should have come across more.

I think they have banned by association rather than individually investigating... I understand that is time consuming but still a lot better than a massive blanket ban with no appeal mechanism.
