Multiplayer - Unable to shoot with N7 Destroyer

Was playing with the N7 Destroyer at London on Silver. Suddenly (I think it may have been an ammo crate), I have no more a counter for grenades and couldn't shoot my weapon (Harrier) anymore. Also, I had no grenades and couldn't pick up new ones, so couldn't use those either. I then switched to the Missle Launcher, but I couldn't fire it either nor could I switch back to my Harrier.

On the Tuchanka mission as an N7 Destroyer, I was knocked out, then revived by a teammate. I was able to fire weapons and abilities, even kill enemies, but was unable to move. My body was still lying on the ground. Fortunately for me, being executed then respawning on the next wave fixed the issue. Usually this type of glitch (such as getting stuck inside the environment) becomes permanent for a given match for me.
