I'm having trouble getting into the Circle Tower, I spoke to Greagior and having already saved the tower in a previous game, was leaning towards the Rite of Annulment. Yet I detached from the conversation to consider it, and now I'm not being presented with any options. I continued along the game figuring the Rite would eventually arrive, but nothing has happened thus far, and now I'm deadlocked by this, any viable suggestions?

Damn, you are the second one that has the same problems, another person made a similair thread.
It seems some owners on the same consoles run into problems others don't and vice versa.

i dont know that it will let you just pick the right of annulment. if it did, you would not complete the tower quest or get to fight sloth or uldred. you would also totally bypass wynn, i have not tried it but, i wouldn't think it will let you just have the tower destroyed. you can side with the templars at the end of the quest if you want to but, the tower does not get destroyed and the templars are good fighters in the final battle. please post if you are able to just bypass the whole quest just by picking annulment

And this is caused by technical problems with your xbox 360? Care to elaborate on the matter?

Well, in "p4t4"s cause, by choosing the Rite of Annulment one is able to bypass the mage tower altogether. I believe though that Wynne would be killed and thus unplayable as one of your characters. And the mages would not be able to join you in your fight.
To Gracchio: No, its a problem cause by the game, EA Supports classified it as an "in-game issue", sending me to their Bioware page which doesn't even seem to have Dragon Age: Origins listed yet.

i don't think the rite would ever come, doesn't it have to come from denerem and i bet loghain isn't helping so there occupied and cannot interfere in his "master plan"

Well, technically speaking, you actually are the one performing the Rite of Annulment, if you choose to do so, by killing all the mages in the tower during the final battle with Uldred. If you agree with Cullen to do this, Wynne turns against you, of course, but it is a possible choice you can make. You can also do it without agreeing with Cullen and simply allowing Uldred to do the conversion of mages to abominations, then kill them, in which case Wynne doesn't turn against you because she views it as something you didn't plan or intentionally do.
