I have her set at 75% health for herself and group and she heals us everytime. I did notice that it depends on what tactic slot you place this in. Mine is in the middle. 5 or 6 I think.  I've been able to generate up to 13 slots per npc and pc.  Also, I have her set to stonefist a enemy mage, this gives her time to heal the group.  At least this worked for me.

Are you putting group heal specifically in your tactics, or are you talking about normal heal/regen?

Yes, I have this set for ally health below 50%  for her to group heal.  If she is out of lyrium she can't do this.  I've used a tactic slot for her and Morrigan to give themselves lyrium if I'm to busy fighting to do this for them.

Mass rejuvenation is the same - I set wynne to cast this when my mana got down to 50% but she will just sit there with the icon and do nothing or start casting other spells.

Something I noticed on setting tactics is that for heal it's a greater than or less than setting. I have this set at < 50%, I was going through lyruim and health potions like mad until I realized this.
