I have this UNRECOGNIZED ITEM too. Maybe it is Blood Dragon Armor for Mass Effect 2?

I don't think its that, if it was I would have thought that it would be under the XBOX and PS3 sections as well.

K K Slider is correct. The "fix" is simply a matter of not displaying it at all. Nothing is broken.
