Nothing is "hopelessly out of reach" ridiculous thing happen, like getting 4 pistol ulms out of 9 psps, or taking a disciple from lvl VI to X in as many packs - and perversely, I've become a silver lining type - "Oh goody! I finally got a lvl X Shiskock - so I don't have look at that PoS any more...."

A separate Gear pack is rather called for.

Trolling is one thing, but making acussions(?) like that is just low. If I were in a position of power the media would destroy me. Think BEFORE you act.

I read quite few posts and people were saying just delete the other DLCs. How true is this and will the content you've already unlocked be deleted?

So yay, now there are more Rare items in the Store to dilute the pool and make it even harder to get the items we actually DO want. More Gear items. Booyah. More Weapon Mods. Woohoo. I was so pleased to get that new SMG mod, it's going to really transform my gameplay. That's so much better than finishing leveling up my handy-dandy humble Carnifex.
Not.
I can't imagine what a new player must think when they look at the bewildering array of crap they have to level up in order to level up the things they actually USE. I get that they're trying to get obsessive compulsive people to spend cash money to collect their bits and bobs, but it sucks for the rest of us who aren't completionists who just want to have a good weapon, or frickin' Pattern options for our go-to characters.

I was just thinking the same thoughts actually ShadowHound. Only coz I recently had to reinstall ME3 + DLCs and wondered if it was worth the effort. But I had already got stuff from the Rebellion & Resurgence packs. Wasn't sure if this would f**k my MP game up more than it already was lol (the disconnects and UO-Trace saga.)
Maybe, unless it exists already, start a thread with suggestions for how the shop could be improved.

there is a solution
DLC is removable when you want to buy something very specific to a DLC leave that DLC in and remove the others temp whiel buying after that add it back in to re aquire it's use sinse all your guns/info is saved server side not on the system it will re adjust back again rinse repeat till you aquire what your looking for
it's not against the rules and it's perfectly fair you are just upping your chances to attain your wanted articles I didn't have to do it cause I work very hard and havenearly everything of the previous DLC before the next one the only thing I was missing from previous was silver gear of set level and now I'll catch up to that sooner or later atm the only thing bugging me is addition of URs if they are goign to do that raise the percentage drop a bit on them ya know to ..increase your usability of them more adequetly cause their levels are spread up by 10 every time they do that

facepalm. It helps because it is removing some rare drops, INCREASING YOUR CHANCES. No one said it would unlock the world for you. Random is still random. Take our advice and up your chances. Otherwise just go play and get them like everyone else has.Siansonea II wrote...

Several of these posts have been fairly personal. I believe THAT is why the OP responded in the way she did and has continued to respond.
The shop as it stands does not function well for either new or experienced players. However, in view of how the series ended...I don't hold out much hope of it ever changing, similar to these forums really.
Yeah, pretty much. If people are going to be jerks, I'm not going to be the meek mousey woman and go cry in the corner. That's not my style. Somebody wants to dance, I'll dance. And I might step on their toes.
It still boggles my mind that people are defending the Store. It's a crappy reward system that ONLY rewards the people who treat it like a full-time job. So not for me.
You just don't understand how the DLC uninstall will help. Yes you want CHARACTERS from ALL packs. But if you have LESS rare weapons to get, your chances of getting a CHARACTER will go up.
That is what we are trying to tell you...and it rewards people who have money to spend on virtual things, and people who get random drops.
OMG. All it's doing is compartmentalizing the different pools of items. I'll STILL have to wade through the other Rare drops for whichever DLC I leave installed. And for the Earth DLC, with all the new Weapon Mods, Gear AND new weapons, it's still a fvck-ton of extra crap I don't want diluting the pool. Then, when I go for the Rebellion stuff only, I still have to wade through the extraneous Rare drops for THAT DLC. And so on. So I'm just compartmentalizing them. I'm still going to have to wade through them all eventually. How is wading through all of one DLC's Rare drops at a time helpful? I'm really scratching my head here.
