As the title says, the login screen tells me that I'm not connected to the internet and to reconnect before trying to login.  I've added exeptions to my firewall and turned off my antivirus yet the game still doesn't recognize me as online.  I'm trying to download the bonus content but because of this am unable to.  Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, you will find that all your EA games are probably having this same problems such as Mass Effect 2 and NHL10 if your platform is XBox 360. Go into your system settings and check the time. Most likely you will find it is off. Reset your XBox 360 to correct time and your EA games will go back to working normally. I just had same problem and this correction worked perfectly. Weird problem but easily fixed.

If you are unable to log in from the in game start menu/page, whatever, then hopefully this can help you.



*Not sure about any other OS than Windows 7.



Open your command prompt (Start/Accessories/Command Prompt)



Type in netsh int tcp show global and press enter.

You will recieve information on your connection settings.



Look for ECN Capability. If it is Enabled, then that's possibly your problem.



At the cursor, type in netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=disabled and press enter.



Close the box and try accessing your account from the log in page.
